The tech confirmed that the mass is \u201cmuch much smaller.\u201d The doctor repeated the ultrasound and said it looked good. I\u2019ll find out more details when we meet with the surgeon on the 1st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yesterday, it felt like the cumulative effects of chemo kicked in a little more. My body feels like sludge. It\u2019s been a real struggle to stay awake until a reasonable bedtime; instead I\u2019ve been crashing early and then up half the night. Not a schedule I can keep up!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normally we go to Buffalo for Thanksgiving; the only time we haven\u2019t is when I had a bleeding scare while pregnant with Samara. And this year; it\u2019s just too risky for me to go. Instead, our parents are coming to us (staggering their visits slightly). Everyone has been extra careful over the past week, and will test before arrival. Aaron is bringing Samara home as well. I\u2019ve been told I\u2019m not doing anything. I did do a big grocery run today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I really really want a glass of wine on Thanksgiving, but it will depend on how I\u2019m feeling.
